How to stop weeping eczema?

I've had eczema on my hands for a while, but recently it's started weeping and oozing, which is very uncomfortable and messy. My doctor has given some creams, but is there anything else I can do to stop this weeping eczema?

Bro, I had this weeping eczema on my hands last year and it was literally leaking fluid. Honestly, don't scratch it at all because it spreads like crazy. I had to use a specific cream my dermatologist gave me, so definitely get it checked by a doc.

I was actually reading about this yesterday because my cousin has it. It seems weeping eczema usually means there is a secondary bacterial infection in the skin. Most medical articles say that you shouldn't apply heavy oils on wet wounds, it is best to consult a skin specialist.

I totally get it, the itching and fluid discharge from weeping eczema can be so frustrating and embarrassing. It really drains your confidence. Just try to keep the area clean with plain water and please see a doctor soon to get some soothing treatment.

I tried everything from coconut oil to neem paste on my weeping patches, but home remedies actually made the oozing worse. What worked was keeping the area dry and using a doctor-prescribed mild antiseptic wash. Don't experiment too much on open skin.

Do not trust random internet remedies like applying turmeric or homemade pastes on weeping eczema, as they are not sterile and can cause severe skin infections. Go straight to a medical doctor who can prescribe sterile dressings and antibiotics if needed.

Haan na, skin jab aise weep karti hai toh bohot dard hota hai. Humare yahan bolte hain ki direct sunlight se bacho aur chemical soaps bilkul use mat karo. Safe side ke liye ek baar dermatologist ko dikha lo, jaldi thik ho jayega.

Our skin often reflects the stress we hold inside our minds. Try to stay calm, practice gentle breathing, and do not lose hope. Take proper care of your body and seek a doctor's guidance to heal this skin issue safely.

I have seen many people in this community struggle with weeping eczema. The key is to never apply thick ointments on actively oozing skin as it traps the moisture and bacteria. Keep it clean with a gentle antiseptic liquid diluted in water, and get a proper prescription from a dermatologist.

For temporary relief, you can try applying cool, wet compresses using clean water to soothe the burning skin. However, since the skin is weeping, it means the barrier is broken and vulnerable to infection, so medical supervision is absolutely necessary.

I faced severe skin issues during my middle age and realized patience is key. Weeping eczema takes some time to heal, but with the right doctor's medicine and keeping the skin clean, it recovers completely. Don't worry, your skin will get healthy again.

Weeping eczema is highly prone to severe infection. Please consult a dermatologist immediately instead of trying to treat it at home.

Dude, weeping eczema is actually the worst yaar. It constantly sticks to your clothes and burns like crazy. Honestly, don't do any DIY stuff, just visit a skin clinic and get a proper lotion, it makes life so much easier.
