In our times, we always trusted a warm cup of fennel water (saunf ka paani) to soothe a stomach upset from heavy food. It helps calm the digestion very gently. Don't worry too much, just rest and let your stomach settle, but see a doctor if it continues.

Vomiting from indigestion is usually self-limiting and settles once the stomach is empty. Drinking clear fluids like coconut water slowly can help prevent dehydration. If you experience severe pain or the vomiting doesn't stop, a professional medical consultation is necessary.

To soothe indigestion, you can try sipping slowly on some warm mint tea or lime water with black salt. Keep your meals very light, like curd rice or khichdi, for the next 24 hours. If you continue to throw up, please consult a doctor.

Vomiting from indigestion is really uncomfortable. Sip ginger water slowly and rest your stomach for a few hours.

If indigestion-related vomiting is persistent, it is best to consult a general physician clearly about the cause. They can prescribe a safe anti-emetic or antacid to settle your stomach properly. Avoid self-diagnosing.

Sitting in Vajrasana for a few minutes after a light meal can help improve digestion naturally. If you feel nauseous, try chewing a tiny piece of fresh ginger to soothe the stomach. Do seek medical advice if the vomiting persists.

When you vomit from indigestion, your stomach needs total rest. Avoid eating anything for at least two hours, and then start taking tiny sips of warm ginger water. Do not rush to eat heavy meals again too soon.
