How to stop vomiting after drinking too much?

I went out with friends yesterday and I think I drank too much. Now I'm throwing up constantly. What can I do to stop this vomiting? I feel so drained.

I went through this exact same thing last weekend and it was horrible. What saved me was taking tiny sips of cold water mixed with ORS every ten minutes. Don't gulp down a full glass at once or you will throw up again.

Puke karne ke baad thoda rest karo, haan? Try sipping on fresh coconut water slowly, it will settle your stomach. Over-drinking drains out all the salt from the body, toh ORS peena is best, na.

Stop drinking any more alcohol or heavy tea/coffee right now. Just drink simple lime water with salt and sugar, and lie down on your side. If you still can't stop vomiting after a few hours, go see a doctor.

Your body is highly dehydrated and your electrolyte balance is completely off. Sip slowly on an isotonic sports drink or ORS. Keep an eye on your heart rate and hydration levels, and rest until your stomach settles.

Sipping on ginger tea slowly really helps calm the irritated stomach lining after vomiting.

Vomiting is your body's way of getting rid of toxins, but too much of it can cause severe dehydration. Stick to tiny, frequent sips of ORS or water. If you can't keep any liquids down for over 6 hours, please visit a clinic for a checkup.
