How to stop stomach pain from vitamins?

I started taking a multivitamin recently, hoping to boost my health. But now I often get stomach upset and pain, especially if I take it on an empty stomach. What can I do to stop stomach pain from vitamins?

Managing my PCOS means I take a lot of daily vitamins, and they used to make my stomach so sore. I found that taking them right after a heavy lunch instead of in the morning helps a lot, but please check with your doctor if the pain continues.

Don't worry, this is actually super common when you take multivitamin tablets. Just sit down, drink some normal water, and avoid taking them on an empty stomach next time. If you feel dizzy or very sick, just drop the pills and let's get you checked by a doc, okay?

I used to get bad cramps from zinc and iron pills. The trick is to split your vitamins or switch to food-based capsules which are much gentler. Also, drinking a glass of warm water with the pill instead of cold water helps it dissolve better without irritating your stomach.

I have tried taking vitamins with milk, juice, and what not. The absolute best way is to chew a little piece of ginger or sip some fennel water right after taking your tablet to stop that heavy, nauseous feeling in the stomach.

Bro, never take multi-vitamins on a dry stomach. I learned the hard way and ended up puking my guts out. Eat a proper banana or some toast first and you won't feel any pain at all.

Strong synthetic vitamins can disrupt our digestive fire. Try sitting in Vajrasana for five minutes after taking your supplements, and drink a little warm herbal tea to ease any sudden muscle spasms in the abdomen.

I had the same issue and it is very uncomfortable. Just try drinking a little coconut water, it really helps soothe the stomach lining after taking heavy tablets.

Don't let the healthy vitamins make you feel sick! Just switch to taking them with your biggest meal of the day and drink lots of water. A warm cup of chamomile tea also works wonders to stop the tummy ache.

We often take random vitamins without doctor's advice, which can stress our stomach and kidney functions, especially if we have high BP. Please get a proper blood test done and consult your doctor to see if you even need these supplements.

Haan yaar, yeh vitamins bahut heavy hote hain pet ke liye. Actually what worked for me was taking them mid-meals. Breakfast ke beech me le lo toh bilkul pata bhi nahi chalta, try karke dekho na.

I popped three different vitamins this morning on 4 hours of sleep and zero breakfast, now my stomach is literally singing songs of pain. Take it from me, just eat some actual food first, don't try to live on pills alone!

I literally just recovered from this yesterday! I realized my new zinc tablet was causing the pain. I had some cold curd immediately and it neutralised the burning feeling within twenty minutes.
