How to stop stomach pain after eating banana?

Whenever I eat bananas, especially if they are a bit raw, I get this really bad stomach ache. My wife says it's just me, but it's consistent. Any home remedies or tips to stop this pain quickly after eating a banana?

Oh my god, I get this exact same stomach cramp whenever I eat a slightly unripe banana! I thought I was the only one who faced this. Does anyone else also get super bloated after eating bananas, or is it just me?

Before spending money on expensive allergy clinics or blood tests, just try eliminating bananas from your diet for two weeks. It costs absolutely nothing to track this at home. If the pain still happens without bananas, then plan a doctor's visit budget-wise.

Bananas contain fructose and soluble fiber, which can cause gas in some individuals, especially if eaten on an empty stomach. Try eating fully ripe bananas (with brown spots) as they are much easier to digest. A cup of warm ginger water can help relieve the pain now.

Who knew a humble yellow banana could betray you like this! 😂 Don't worry, it's just your stomach acting dramatic over some starch. Just walk around a bit to let the gas out and you'll be fine.

At my age, even breathing can cause stomach pain sometimes, so a banana doing it is no surprise! Just have some hing (asafoetida) mixed in warm water, it works wonders for digestion issues.

My digestion became very slow and sensitive when my thyroid levels were disturbed, making fruits like bananas hard to process. It is a good idea to get your thyroid and routine parameters checked if this is a recurring issue. Keep a close check with your doctor.

Hey, don't worry about it, just sit back and rest for a bit. It could just be a temporary reaction to the starch. If the pain is sharp or doesn't go away in a couple of hours, let me know and we can get a doctor to check it out.

Man, I ate a banana this morning thinking it's a quick breakfast for my sleepy self, and my stomach started acting up instantly. Honestly, our digestive systems are so moody. I'm just lying on the office sofa hoping it passes.

Beta, in my experience, eating banana when it is cold or late at night often causes stomach ache and mucus. Always eat bananas during the daytime when your digestion is active. Don't worry, just drink some warm water with a little ajwain now.

I actually faced this last month and realized I was eating bananas that weren't fully ripe, which contain resistant starch that causes pain. Try switching to smaller local varieties which are gentler on the stomach. Hope this helps you!

Bhai, kela hamesha acche se paka hua hi khana chahiye, kacha kela pet me dard karta hai. Abhi thoda sa gunguna paani pi lo aur aaram karo, dard theek ho jayega.

Oh no! Bananas are supposed to be super stomach-friendly, so this is so sad 🍌🥺 Try chewing some fennel seeds (saunf) to relieve the stomach tightness. Hope you feel better very soon!
