How to stop stomach cramps and vomiting?

My younger sister is having really bad stomach cramps and she just vomited. She's looking very pale. What can we do to stop stomach cramps and vomiting quickly?

When your stomach is cramping and vomiting, your body loses vital electrolytes very fast. Forget about any workout or heavy diet for now, just focus on hydration with plain ORS or coconut water in small sips. Give your digestive tract complete rest.

Looks like some bad outside food did this to you, I feel your pain as a fellow foodie! Strictly avoid any solid or oily food today. Just stick to light rice conjee (kanji) with a little salt once your stomach settles down a bit.

Stomach cramps with vomiting usually points to food poisoning or a stomach bug. Don't take any strong painkiller on an empty stomach as it can irritate the lining more. Please consult a doctor for a proper anti-emetic if you cannot keep liquids down.

I panicked so much last year when I had severe cramps and threw up three times, thinking it was some appendix issue. But the doctor reassured me it was just mild gastroenteritis and prescribed some basic rehydration salts. It resolved in 24 hours, so just stay calm and rest.

Oh god, stomach cramps are the worst yaar, actually last month even I had this after eating chat. Just lie down with a warm water bag on your stomach to ease the cramps. But if you keep throwing up, don't wait at home, just see a doctor.
