I just got over a terrible heel pain that was making my first steps in the morning feel like walking on glass. My physiotherapist had me roll my foot over a frozen water bottle for 10 minutes every evening, which really helped reduce the inflammation. Definitely get a doctor to check if you need customized orthopedic insoles.

Listen, heel pain is usually plantar fasciitis, and it won't go away if you keep walking on hard floors barefoot. Start wearing soft slippers inside the house and do basic calf stretches in the morning. If the pain doesn't reduce in a week, go see an orthopedic doctor.

This heel pain is so bad that it's even making my weekend street food walks impossible! While I am trying to eat more calcium-rich foods thinking it might help, I know I need to stop ignoring this. Better to consult a doctor soon so we can get back to our normal routine.

In my experience, heel pain is often a result of wearing poor footwear or sudden weight changes. Rest your feet as much as possible, avoid standing for long hours, and use warm water fermentation. A good orthopedic specialist will easily guide you to the right exercise routine.

I completely understand how stressful it is when you can't even stand up in the morning without sharp pain, and you start worrying if you will ever walk normally again. Please take a deep breath; heel pain is very common and highly treatable. See a doctor soon to get the right diagnosis and ease your mind.
