I know ovulation pain can be really uncomfortable and worry you every month. Try using a warm heating pad on your lower abdomen and make sure you get plenty of rest during those couple of days. Please consult a gynecologist to confirm it is just normal Mittelschmerz and nothing else.
A warm bath and staying well-hydrated usually helps me cope with this mid-cycle pain. I hope you feel better soon, but do speak to your doctor if the pain becomes too severe to handle.
Hey there! Don't let that annoying mid-month cramp ruin your day. Try sipping on some warm chamomile tea and cuddling with a heating bag. It really works wonders, but definitely mention it to your gynecologist at your next visit! 🌸

I totally get it, having sharp pain right in the middle of your cycle is so frustrating and ruins your routine. Sometimes the pain can be quite intense and mimic other issues. Please get an ultrasound done through your doctor just to rule out any cysts and get peace of mind.
