I know how exhausting it is to live with constant neuropathy pain, but please don't lose heart. Keep your feet warm, avoid any tight footwear, and try to rest as much as possible. We will get through this, but please make sure you discuss this pain with your doctor to get the right medical treatment.

My family often suggests applying warm sesame oil gently to the soles of the feet to improve blood circulation. While these traditional practices bring temporary comfort, neuropathy needs proper medical management. Please follow up regularly with your physician or neurologist for the correct course of treatment.

Neuropathy pain is really tough to handle, yaar. Actually, there are specific medicines that doctors prescribe specifically for nerve pain, as regular painkillers don't really touch it. Don't waste time trying random things, just book an appointment with a neurologist.

I can only speak from my own journey, but I noticed my nerve pain flared up significantly whenever my diet was poor or when I was highly stressed. Cutting down on refined sugar and taking the specific nerve vitamins prescribed by my doctor made a noticeable difference for me over several months.

I have been managing neuropathy for over five years now. The most realistic advice I can give you is to keep your blood sugar in check, wear thick seamless cotton socks, and never walk barefoot. Most importantly, stay consistent with the nerve medications your doctor has prescribed, as they take time to build up in your system.
