Neck pain ke sath nausea hona is really annoying, haan. Actually, when your cervical nerves get compressed, it can trigger dizziness and vomiting sensation, na. Better to consult a physiotherapist or doctor soon rather than trying heavy neck stretches at home.

Getting nauseous just because you turned your neck too fast is the ultimate sign of getting older, I tell you. I usually apply a warm compress to my neck and lie down flat on a thin pillow until the world stops spinning. Don't play hero, just go get your neck checked by a doctor before you start feeling worse.

Haan na, this combination of neck stiffness and nausea is very troublesome. When my cervical pain flares up, I just rest my neck completely and avoid using my phone. Please check with a doctor once, they might suggest a proper neck collar or exercises to relieve the nerve pressure.

I used to suffer from this and tried ginger tea and acupressure points to soothe the nausea, which helped temporarily. However, the root cause is the neck strain affecting your nerves, so real relief only came when I went to a physiotherapist. Please get it diagnosed properly instead of relying only on home remedies.

If your job involves sitting in front of a computer for long hours, bad posture is likely the main culprit behind this neck pain and nausea. Try adjusting your screen height to eye level and take quick breaks to stand up every hour. For temporary relief, a warm water bag works well, but do see an orthopedic doctor if it persists.
