How to stop menstrual pain forever?

My periods are always so painful, it feels like nothing really helps completely. I wish there was a way to just stop the menstrual pain for good. Are there any long-term solutions or significant changes I can make for this?

If there was a way to stop period pain forever, we would all be throwing a massive party! Sadly, only menopause or a doctor's magic can do that, so for now, my heating pad and I are best friends.

There is no instant cure to stop it forever, but my doctor at Max Hospital explained that chronic pain could be due to endometriosis or fibroids. Please ask your gynecologist clearly to run an ultrasound to rule these out.

I totally get it, dealing with agonizing pain every single month feels exhausting and hopeless. While we can't delete it forever, lifestyle shifts, regular yoga, and medical guidance can make it much more manageable.

In our family, we use sesame oil and hot water fermentation to ease the flow, which helps long-term. However, for permanent relief from severe pain, trusting a good gynecologist's treatment plan is the best way.

Regular pelvic floor exercises and consistent cardio throughout the month have drastically reduced my cramp intensity. If your doctor allows, try maintaining a light workout routine to improve blood flow in the pelvic area.
