Rains and joint pain, an old story, haan na? My dadi always said to keep warm, especially the joints, and use a hot water bag. Sometimes a good ginger tea also helps. But if it's severe pain, or new, then doctor ko zaroor dikha lena, don't take chances.

While many people experience joint pain with weather changes, it's crucial to understand the underlying cause. Don't just assume it's normal. Get it checked by an orthopedic doctor to rule out any conditions like arthritis or other issues that might need proper management. Better safe than sorry.

When it rains, the air becomes heavier, and older joints feel it more, I remember my ajji saying. Keep your body warm, especially the areas that pain. You can try rubbing a little warm sesame oil or mustard oil; it helps some people. But if the pain is too much, doctor is always best.

Oh, I just got over this! The rainy season was terrible for my knees. What really helped me was wearing proper warm clothing, even indoors, and using an electric heating pad for about 15-20 minutes. My physio also gave me some gentle exercises to do daily. It made a big difference.

Ah, the old joints predicting the weather! Happens to many of us as we get older, beta. Just keep yourself warm, especially the affected joints. Light exercises and staying active helps. Don't worry, it's quite common, just manage it with care.
