Oh, I totally panicked when I had the flu and couldn't stop vomiting! It felt like it would never end. But it's actually quite common with the flu. What helped me mentally was knowing it's the body's way of getting rid of the infection. Just focus on very small sips of water or ORS, and let your body rest. Don't force food, but keep trying to hydrate. You'll get through it.

Ugh, flu vomiting is so gross. Last time I had it, I just couldn't keep anything down. What helped a little was just taking tiny sips of water, like, literally a teaspoon every 10-15 minutes. And don't even think about food for a bit. Just survive on bland stuff like toast or khichdi when you feel a bit better. And loads of rest!

Girl, flu vomiting is the absolute worst! My friend just had it. Don't stress too much, it's your body trying to get the germs out. Just focus on sipping on ORS or plain water, super slowly. Don't try to eat anything heavy, bland is best if you feel like it. And just rest, rest, rest! You'll be okay! 💕

With flu vomiting, time is of the essence to prevent dehydration. Focus on sips of ORS or clear fluids every 15-20 minutes, even if you feel like you can't. Avoid caffeine, dairy, and heavy foods. If after 12-24 hours you're still unable to keep liquids down, or if you feel very weak, don't delay seeing a GP. They might prescribe something to settle your stomach so you can recover quicker.

With kids, flu vomiting is always a worry for dehydration. The most practical thing is to give very small, frequent sips of ORS or electrolyte water, maybe every 10-15 minutes. Don't try to give food until they've stopped vomiting for a few hours. If they're unable to keep even sips down, it's time for the doctor, as IV fluids might be needed. Be caring but firm about hydration.

Flu vomiting? Oh no, the involuntary stomach workout! The best way to 'stop' it is actually to let it happen (ew, I know!), but then focus hardcore on rehydration. Think of yourself as a delicate plant that needs tiny, consistent droplets of ORS. Maybe binge-watch something super boring so you don't move too much. Hang in there!

Ho na, flu mein vomiting kaafi uncomfortable hoti hai. The most important thing is to sip on ORS or plain water, thoda thoda karke. Aur haan, don't eat anything heavy. Just rest a lot. If it's not stopping, it's better to show a doctor, they can give something for the vomiting, it's very important to not get dehydrated.

When I had flu vomiting, I found that just lying completely still in a cool, dark room helped a lot. I avoided all strong smells and only took tiny sips of plain ginger ale or water. I didn't try to eat anything until I hadn't vomited for at least 4-6 hours. It was awful, but that gradual approach worked for me to manage it.

To stop flu vomiting, the primary focus is hydration and gentle stomach soothing. Sip on ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) or clear broths in very small, frequent amounts. Avoid solid foods initially. Ginger tea can help settle the stomach. If vomiting persists for more than 24 hours, or you show signs of dehydration, seek immediate medical attention; a doctor might prescribe antiemetics.

When the flu causes vomiting, it's very difficult. My mother always said to drink rice water (kanji) or diluted tender coconut water, little by little. These are gentle on the stomach. But mainly, stay hydrated with ORS. If it does not stop, please consult the doctor without delay; they can give medicines to help. Your health is most important.

Arre yaar, flu vomiting is the worst! Actually, the main thing is not to get dehydrated. Just sip on ORS or nimbu paani slowly, like a few drops at a time. Don't try to eat anything heavy, bas light khichdi ya plain toast. If it doesn't stop, then better see a doc, haan? They might give anti-vomiting meds.
