If you're constantly feeling like vomiting, it's best to consult a doctor, perhaps at a reputable hospital like Kokilaben or Fortis. They can properly diagnose the cause, which could range from indigestion to something more serious. Be very clear about when it started, what makes it worse or better, and any other symptoms you have. Don't try to self-diagnose from the internet.

Ugh, feeling nauseous is the absolute worst, especially when you're already sleep-deprived. I feel like that sometimes just from lack of sleep! Ginger tea helps me a bit, or just lying completely still in a dark room and wishing the world would stop spinning. But if it's constant, probably not just sleep deprivation, haan?

Beta, many times it is just indigestion or something you ate. Try drinking some lukewarm water slowly, or chew on a small piece of ginger. Sometimes a bit of saunf (fennel seeds) also helps. But if it is bothering you for many days or comes with pain, don't ignore it, show it to a doctor.

Oh, I totally get how awful and emotionally draining feeling nauseous all the time can be. It just makes you feel constantly on edge. It's okay to feel overwhelmed by it. Try to stay calm, don't force yourself to eat anything heavy, and please don't hesitate to seek medical advice if it's persistent. You deserve to feel comfortable.

Haan yaar, this feeling is the worst! Mere saath bhi hua tha. Try putting a cold cloth on your forehead, na? And sip on some nimbu paani slowly. Agar bahut zyada ho toh doctor ko dikha lena, could be anything from acidity to something else.

Feeling like vomiting can really throw off your whole day. For me, it often happens if I've eaten something too heavy or haven't hydrated enough, especially after a workout. Try sticking to lighter meals, staying well-hydrated, and avoiding very spicy or oily foods. If it's a persistent issue, definitely check with a doc, as it could be something gut-related.

When your body feels uneasy, it's a call to pause and listen. Try to find a quiet place, breathe deeply, and drink some warm water. A positive mind can help, but also remember to honor your body's needs and seek medical guidance if it feels more serious. Take care of yourself, dear one.

As someone with thyroid issues, I know how easily symptoms can mimic other things. Nausea can sometimes be linked to hormonal imbalances or even medication side effects. It's really important to get regular blood tests and consult your doctor to ensure your thyroid levels are stable and to rule out any other conditions. Don't just assume it's simple indigestion.

Ghabrao mat, beti. When you feel like vomiting, try to take deep breaths. Sometimes just sitting quietly and not moving too much helps. A little bit of ginger tea, or just a small piece of jaggery, can also settle your stomach. If it keeps happening, show yourself to the doctor, don't keep it inside.

My doctor once explained that persistent nausea can stem from various causes, such as gastritis, acid reflux, migraines, or even certain medications. For quick, temporary relief, they recommended sipping on clear fluids like ginger tea or diluted fruit juice, avoiding strong smells, and resting in a cool, quiet place. However, if it's continuous or severe, medical evaluation is essential to identify the underlying condition and treat it appropriately.

Dude, I just recovered from this! It was awful. What helped me was sipping on plain water slowly, eating bland food like plain khichdi, and taking small sips of ginger ale. Also, lying down with my head slightly elevated helped. If it persists, definitely see a doctor, mine gave me some anti-nausea meds that worked wonders.
