How to stop eczema flare up?

My eczema has been acting up a lot lately, with red, itchy patches appearing on my arms and legs. It flares up suddenly and becomes very irritating. What are the best ways to stop an eczema flare-up once it starts?

Oh, I totally get it, eczema flare-ups are the absolute worst. They can be so itchy and frustrating. What helps me sometimes is to really understand my triggers – for me, it's certain detergents and very hot showers. Identifying those helps prevent a full-blown flare.

Beta, eczema has its ups and downs. Don't get disheartened when it flares. The key is to keep your skin well-moisturized always, even when it's good. And try to avoid scratching, it makes it worse. Sometimes it takes time to find what suits your skin, so be patient.

I'm very careful about my diet because I've noticed certain foods can trigger inflammation. For eczema, try to identify if any specific food, like dairy or gluten, makes it worse for you. Eating lots of fruits, vegetables, and hydrating well can also support skin health. But food is just one part of it.

My friend has eczema and she says stress makes her flare-ups so much worse. So chilling out and managing stress is actually a big thing. Also, she uses this specific moisturizer her doc recommended, always keeps her skin hydrated.

Achcha, skin ko shaant rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Thandi patti lagana ya aloe vera lagana kabhi kabhi sukoon deta hai. Aur neem ke patte ko paani mein ubaal kar uss paani se nahane se bhi fayda hota hai, log kehte hain. Lekin agar zyada ho toh doctor ki salaah zaroor lena.
