How to stop ear pain fast at home?

My grandson suddenly started complaining of ear pain and is very cranky. We are at home right now, and I want to know if there's anything I can do immediately to help him feel better. What are some quick home remedies for ear pain?

As someone managing diabetes, I'm always cautious with what I consume. For ear pain, I'd suggest avoiding any sugary drinks or foods. A warm compress on the outer ear can sometimes offer temporary relief. But if it persists, definitely see a doctor, don't try any unverified home remedies, especially if you have other health conditions.

Yaar, ear pain is the worst! Actually, my mom always tells me to put some warm garlic oil, like literally just a tiny drop, in the ear. But honestly, you have to be super careful. If it's really bad, go to the doc, don't risk it with ghar ke nuskhe only.

For quick home relief, a few drops of warm olive oil (just body temperature, test on wrist first!) can sometimes soothe an irritated ear, but ONLY if you're sure there's no perforation. Also, lying down with the affected ear on a warm water bottle (wrapped in cloth) helps many. But this is for temporary comfort, a doctor visit is a must if it's severe or ongoing.

I've tried so many things for ear pain! What sometimes works for me is a warm compress, like a cloth dipped in warm water and squeezed, placed gently on the ear. Also, chewing gum can help if it's pressure-related. But honestly, if it's a severe pain, home remedies might just delay proper treatment.

For pain, I usually track my symptoms in a health app to see if there's a pattern. For ear pain at home, some people find relief with a warm pack. Make sure your head is elevated slightly when you sleep. But definitely keep an eye on it and if it doesn't get better, a digital consultation with a doctor could be a good first step.
