Beta, diarrhea with stomach pain means your stomach is upset. You can try a little ginger tea with ajwain, it helps many times. Or plain rice with curd, it is light. But if the pain is very severe or there's fever, then it's best to show to the doctor, don't just stay home, child.

For mild diarrhea and pain, I find a spoonful of psyllium husk (isabgol) mixed with curd, or just plain water and lemon, can settle the stomach a bit. Also, ginger tea helps with the pain. But if the pain is unbearable, or if there's blood or fever, please, don't delay, go see a doctor immediately.

For diarrhea and stomach pain, the most practical approach is to stay hydrated with ORS, eat bland foods like khichdi or plain roti with dal, and avoid anything oily or spicy. If it doesn't get better in a day or two, or if the pain is severe, just go to a doctor. Don't risk dehydration or a bigger problem.

Ugh, diarrhea and stomach pain together is just the worst combo. I always wonder if it's better to eat nothing or just bland things. I guess ORS is key for hydration. But for the pain itself, what actually helps besides just waiting it out? I'd be Googling so much for relief, haha.

Diarrhea with stomach pain means your gut health is off. While overall fitness helps, for an active episode, you need to be careful. Stick to very bland foods, stay super hydrated with ORS, and let your gut rest. No heavy workouts during this time. If it's persistent or severe, see a doctor, don't try to power through.
