How to stop computer sleep mode?

My laptop keeps going into sleep mode even when I'm watching something, which is very annoying. I've tried changing settings but it still happens. How can I completely stop my computer from going into sleep mode?

Oh, stopping computer sleep mode, that's easy! But actually, for health, it's good to step away from the screen, you know? Like, if your computer goes to sleep, maybe take that as a sign to stretch or get some water. I always worry about too much screen time.

This is a tech question, not a health one. You can stop computer sleep mode in your system settings (Power & Sleep settings on Windows, Energy Saver on Mac). No need for any internet remedies or medical advice for this, just basic computer knowledge.

Aha, the computer goes to sleep when you don't want it to! I had this problem too. Just go into the 'Power Options' in your control panel. You can change when it sleeps or even turn it off completely. No fuss, no drama.

While you can disable sleep mode in settings, consider why you need to. Taking short breaks from the screen, even if the computer goes to sleep, is good for your eyes and overall posture. Maybe use those mini-breaks for a quick stretch or a glass of water!

Oh, that's just a setting issue! No home remedies needed here, haan. You just need to go into your computer's display or power settings and change the timings for 'sleep' and 'screen off'. Every system is a bit different, but it's usually straightforward to find.

Interesting question! For Windows, you can go to Settings > System > Power & sleep and change the 'Screen' and 'Sleep' times. On Mac, it's in System Settings > Energy Saver. Pretty simple, actually!
