How to stop cavities from growing?

My dentist told me I have a few small cavities, but they're not big enough for fillings yet. He said to take care of them, otherwise they'll get bigger. What steps can I take to stop these cavities from growing and hopefully reverse them?

My grandmother always stressed brushing after every meal. But now the dentist says twice a day is enough, and flossing is crucial. If a cavity has started, only a dentist can stop it from growing with a filling, don't delay that. Regular check-ups are also important.

Cavities? Ugh, another thing I probably ignore when I'm barely getting 4 hours of sleep. But seriously, brushing, flossing, and maybe cutting down on all those late-night sugary snacks I eat to stay awake. My dentist would probably faint if he knew.

Just like with thyroid, consistent check-ups are key for dental health too. To stop cavities from growing, regular dentist visits for cleaning and fillings are a must. Brushing twice a day and flossing cannot be skipped!

To prevent cavities from growing or forming new ones, excellent oral hygiene is paramount: brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, and limit sugary foods and drinks. Regular dental check-ups and cleanings are also essential for early detection and treatment. A dentist's advice is always best for existing cavities.

From my experience, once a cavity has started, you can't really 'stop' it from growing at home. You need to go to a dentist to get it filled. What you can do is maintain good oral hygiene to prevent new ones or slow down existing ones before your appointment.

For cavities, it's about prevention and early intervention. Good oral hygiene, like brushing and flossing, is non-negotiable. And avoiding sugary drinks is crucial. I try to stick to water after my workouts to keep my teeth healthy too.

If you have a cavity, you must get it filled by a dentist. There is no home remedy to stop it from growing once it has formed. Ask your dentist clearly about proper brushing techniques and fluoride toothpaste. Don't take chances with your teeth.
