How to stop carpal tunnel pain?

I work on a computer all day, and lately I've been experiencing tingling and numbness in my hands, especially my wrists. My doctor mentioned it could be carpal tunnel. What can I do to stop this carpal tunnel pain and prevent it from getting worse?

Haan ji, carpal tunnel ka pain bohot bura hota hai! Mujhe bhi hua tha. Maine toh na wrist splint pehna raat ko aur din mein thode exercises kiye, jo doc ne bataye the. Thoda aaram milta hai usse.

Carpal tunnel pain is so debilitating, isn't it? I get it after long hours on the computer. Does anyone else feel that tingling and numbness, especially in the mornings? I worry if it will get worse.

It's not just physical, carpal tunnel pain can be really frustrating and mentally draining, especially when it impacts your daily tasks. It's okay to feel that way. Rest, good ergonomics, and seeing a doctor for treatment are important steps.

Carpal tunnel pain? Oh, that's your wrist politely telling you it needs a vacation, maybe to a spa! Jokes aside, taking regular breaks, using ergonomic setup, and wearing a wrist brace at night can really help. But if it's severe, your doc is the real hero.

Hey, don't ignore carpal tunnel pain. It's important to give your wrists proper rest and use supportive braces, especially while sleeping. Also, look at your workstation ergonomics. If the pain persists, please consult a doctor; early intervention is key to prevent it from worsening.

Carpal tunnel pain sounds really challenging. I'd definitely recommend seeing a doctor or a physiotherapist who can assess it properly. They might suggest specific exercises, splints, or lifestyle adjustments. It's good to get a professional opinion for such issues.
