Don't stress too much about it, take it one step at a time. Knee arthritis needs proper care. Make sure you're not putting too much pressure on your knees, and gentle exercises are key. Talk to a physio for specific moves, that's what my uncle did.

Oh, I totally get it, knee pain is debilitating. It makes even simple things difficult. Please don't ignore it. Start by seeing a doctor to confirm the type of arthritis and get a proper diagnosis. Knowing what you're dealing with is the first step.

Hey! 🤗 Arthritis in knees can be managed, don't lose hope! My mom found a lot of relief with warm compresses and mild stretches everyday. And yeah, a good diet really helps too! Keep moving, but gently! 💪

Beta, knee pain is common as we age. My mother used to apply warm sesame oil or even castor oil and gently massage. It might not fix it, but it often helps with the stiffness. But always ask a doctor for proper treatment, haan.

Yo! My grandad had knee arthritis. He swore by swimming, said it was super good coz it doesn't put weight on your knees. Also, chilling with ice packs after activity helped him. Def get it checked by a doc though, don't just guess.
