How to stop a heart attack immediately at home?

Someone in my family suddenly felt severe chest pain and we were all panicking. We managed to get him to the hospital, but it got me thinking. What should we do to stop a heart attack immediately at home if it happens again?

Please, there's no home remedy for this. If you or someone you know suspects a heart attack, the absolute first thing to do is call emergency services. While waiting, if available, chew an aspirin (300mg) but only if you're not allergic. Ask your doctor for an emergency action plan.

You cannot 'stop' a heart attack immediately at home. This is critical. The moment you suspect one, call emergency services (like 108) without a second's delay. Every minute counts for survival and minimizing damage. Don't try any home remedies, they are dangerous.

While regular practice of yoga and pranayama can significantly reduce the risk of heart disease in the long term, if a heart attack is actually happening, immediate medical attention is paramount. There is no yoga or breathing technique that can stop it once it begins.

Don't fall for any internet myths or 'miracle cures' for a heart attack. This is a life-threatening event. The only safe and effective action is immediate professional medical intervention. Call an ambulance or get to the nearest hospital, PERIOD.

Honestly, if it's a heart attack, my only thought would be 'call 108!' No amount of sleep deprivation has made me clever enough to stop one at home. It's a medical emergency, so just get professional help immediately, don't even think twice.

Yaar, ye heart attack koi choti-moti baat nahi hai. Actually, ghar pe kuch kar hi nahi sakte ho. Pehle emergency call karo, ambulance bulao. Wahi ek option hai. Time waste bilkul mat karna.
