How to stimulate thyroid function?

My doctor said my thyroid levels are a bit low, and I've been feeling so tired lately. He suggested I look into ways to stimulate it, so I'm wondering what can be done to help my thyroid function better.

Beta, for these gland things, it is always best to ask the doctor. My neighbour, she had some problem, and the doctor gave her medicine. We can try home food, but for inside body parts, only doctor knows best.

Don't ignore it like I almost did! I felt sluggish for ages and blamed it on work. Turns out it was thyroid. Get tested, and see a good endocrinologist. Self-diagnosis or trying to fix it yourself can make things worse. Better safe than sorry.

My doctor always tells me for diabetes and thyroid, it's about balance. Avoid processed foods, limit sugar. Sometimes diet changes can help support overall health, but they don't replace medication if needed. Get your reports checked first.

Yo, my aunt had thyroid issues. Doc told her to eat iodine-rich foods but also avoid too much raw goitrogenic veggies like cabbage. It's kinda specific, so definitely ask a real doctor first before changing diet.

Just like managing BP, you need regular check-ups for thyroid. A healthy lifestyle with some exercise and a balanced diet always helps, but for thyroid function specifically, medical advice is a must. Don't skip your blood tests.
