How to spot cavities?

I haven't been to the dentist in a while, and sometimes I feel a slight discomfort in my teeth. I'm worried about cavities. What are the common signs or things I should look for to spot cavities myself before seeing a dentist?

Cavities? You can often feel a hole or sensitivity, sometimes you see dark spots. Best way is to go to the dentist for a regular check-up. Don't wait until it pains a lot, bhai.

Cavities can often be felt as sensitivity to hot or cold, or sometimes you see tiny dark areas. While gargling with salt water can help with minor gum issues, for actual cavities, you MUST see a dentist. They won't go away on their own, only get worse.

You can sometimes feel sensitivity or see dark spots on your teeth for cavities. Going to the dentist regularly is the only way to catch them early. It's cheaper to fill a small cavity than to do a root canal later, so regular checkups are actually a saving!

To spot cavities, look for dark spots or holes on your teeth. Sensitivity to hot/cold or pain when chewing are also signs. Regular dental check-ups are essential; a dentist can spot them even before you do.

You can spot cavities by feeling sensitivity, especially to sweets or cold, or seeing small dark pits on your teeth. I always get anxious about dental issues! So, if you suspect anything, please just book a dental check-up. It's better to address it early and not overthink.

Oh, cavities! The enemy of all foodies! Usually, you'll feel pain when you eat something cold, hot, or sweet. Sometimes you can see little black spots too. Brushing after all those delicious sweets is extra important, but still, dentist is best!

Cavities? Easy, just eat something sweet and if your tooth screams, you probably have one! Jokes aside, sensitivity and tiny black spots are common. Honestly, sometimes I'm so tired I don't even check my teeth properly, gotta do better. Dentist visit is key.
