Migraine cha pain khup unbearable asto, haan na. When it starts, immediately go sit in a dark, quiet room and put a cold cloth on your forehead. Apne doctor se consulting karke ek proper medicine le lo, otherwise it keeps growing.

People will tell you to drink weird herbal juices or use essential oils, but migraine is a complex neurological condition. What triggers one person's migraine might make yours much worse. Verify your symptoms with a qualified neurologist and stick to their prescribed medication plan.

Try sniffing some lavender essential oil or taking a nice warm bath to relax your muscles! 🌸 Also, drinking lots of water can sometimes head off a migraine before it gets bad. Rest well and hope your headache vanishes soon! ✨

I know how terrifying it is when the migraine aura starts and your vision gets blurry; it used to make me panic so much. Please know that you are safe, and this intense pain will pass. Sit in a dark room, breathe slowly, and take your doctor-prescribed medicine as early as possible.

I used to get horrible migraines during my periods, and it was so hard to manage college classes. What really helped me was staying off my phone completely the moment the dull ache started. Put a cold compress on your temples and just close your eyes for an hour.

Did you know that skipping meals or eating aged cheese can actually trigger a massive migraine? When I feel an attack coming, I quickly eat a bland, simple meal and drink water because an empty stomach makes the throbbing ten times worse. Don't skip your lunch, guys!

At this point, a loud noise or even a bright screen is enough to trigger a throbbing migraine that ruins my entire weekend. My only savior is shutting all the curtains and sleeping like a mummy for three hours. Go get a doctor's prescription before you lose your sanity.

I have tried everything from peppermint oil to acupressure for my migraines over the last ten years. For me, applying an ice pack to the back of my neck and drinking a cup of warm black tea in a dark room gives the fastest relief. Keep a trigger diary to see what foods or habits are causing it.

I literally just recovered from a 24-hour migraine yesterday and it was awful. Taking my doctor-prescribed nasal spray early during the aura stage was the only thing that stopped it from becoming a full-blown nightmare. Don't wait for the pain to peak before taking your meds.

Beta, in times of migraine, you should stay away from bright light and noise completely. Sipping warm ginger water can help with the nausea that often comes with this headache. Always consult a proper doctor if the pain is very frequent or severe.
