How to solve liver problems?

My father has some liver issues, and I'm worried about my own health too. I want to know what can be done to keep the liver healthy and solve any existing problems.

Honestly, I just got my liver enzymes back to normal last month. The key is to cut out all oily outside food and sugar completely for a few weeks, and stop any alcohol if you drink. My doc also put me on a simple daily walking routine which really helped clear the fatty liver build-up.

My grandmother always used to tell us to drink warm water with a little turmeric in the morning for liver health. But for any actual liver issue, please consult a good doctor first and get an ultrasound done. It is always better to follow the proper medical prescription rather than guessing at home.

Haan na, today's lifestyle is so bad that liver issues have become so common everywhere. Actually, we should avoid heavy spices and eat very simple, home-cooked food like khichdi for a few days to give the stomach some rest. Please check with your family doctor once to be completely sure, ho na.

I am also trying to understand how to keep my liver healthy as my digestion has been quite weak lately. Are there specific simple blood tests we should get done first to check this? If anyone could guide me on the basic steps, that would be very helpful.

Please do not ignore this or try to treat it with random home remedies alone. I delayed my checkup and ended up with severe jaundice and fluid retention that took months of hospital visits to cure. Go straight to a gastroenterologist and get your LFT blood reports checked immediately.
