Dealing with chronic joint issues can be so tricky, just like managing PCOS. For me, focusing on anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric and avoiding sugar helped a bit. But please do consult your rheumatologist before starting any heavy diet or supplement plan.

I got diagnosed with early joint wear and tear due to heavy gymming. Honestly, the best thing you can do is fix your posture and stop lifting crazy weights without supervision. Focus on low-impact cardio and get your vitamin D levels checked.

It is honestly so frustrating when your joints hurt daily and simple tasks feel hard. I went through a very dark phase feeling helpless about my mobility. Just hang in there, finding the right doctor and talking to family really helps you cope with the mental stress.

I can only share what worked for me personally because every body is different. Cutting down on processed foods and doing light swimming twice a week made my knee pain much more manageable. You should definitely check with your own doctor on what suits you.

Aap bilkul chinta mat karo, sab theek hoga. I find that applying warm mustard oil mixed with garlic on the joints gives great relief in winters. Along with this, eating a healthy home-cooked meal daily keeps the body strong.

Gentle movement is very important to keep the joints lubricated. Practicing simple micro-exercises like Sukshma Vyayama and regular slow walking has helped keep my stiffness in check. Just don't push yourself into any painful postures.
