How to sleep without snoring?

My wife is at her wits' end because of my snoring. It's really loud, and she says it disturbs her sleep every night. I really want to find a way to sleep without snoring, for both our sakes.

Snoring can sometimes be a sign of sleep apnea, which can raise your blood pressure significantly if ignored. I had to get a proper checkup and a sleep study done to address my snoring. Sleeping on my side instead of my back has also helped lower my nighttime breathing issues.

It is honestly so embarrassing when your family complains about your snoring and you feel helpless about it. I used to feel so guilty before going to sleep. Trying nasal strips and side-sleeping finally gave me some peace of mind.

My wife threatened to banish me to the living room because of my snoring. I started sleeping with a wedge pillow to keep my head elevated, and it actually worked to quiet down the 'diesel engine' sound!

Bro, my hostel mates were going to kick me out because of my snoring. I started using those anti-snore nasal strips and sleeping strictly on my side, hugging a long pillow. It keeps my airway open and my roommates happy.

I agree, elevating the head with a firm pillow is a simple but highly effective trick to stop mild snoring.

I tried everything from steam inhalation to special pillows to stop snoring. Doing a warm saline nasal rinse before bed to clear congestion, plus sleeping on my left side, has been the most practical and effective solution for me.

I snore so loudly that I sometimes wake myself up from my own noise, it is ridiculous! I am trying to cut down on late-night snacks as they say heavy digestion makes snoring worse. Let's see if it works.

My son used to snore heavily due to swollen tonsils and nasal allergies. We raised the head of his bed slightly and kept his room dust-free, which helped him breathe much easier. Please do get a doctor to check if it's due to adenoids or allergies.
