How to sleep with the flu?

I've got the flu and it's making sleeping so difficult – constant coughing, blocked nose, body aches. I really need some rest to recover. What are some good tips to help me sleep when I have the flu?

Put some Vicks on your chest and wrap a warm cloth around your neck. Take steam with a thoda mint before sleeping so your nose opens up. May God give you strength to sleep well.

My smart ring shows my body temperature spikes during flu, which ruins deep sleep. To combat this, I keep my room cool, use a humidifier, and elevate my head with extra pillows to prevent nasal congestion. Keep tracking your fever!

If you have a high fever or difficulty breathing with the flu, please do not just try to sleep it off. These can be red flags. Visit a doctor to get proper antiviral medicines and check your oxygen levels.

Flu means my wife banishes me to the spare room so I don't infect her! I just take my doctor's prescribed medicine, stack three pillows so I don't choke on my own cough, and hope I sleep for 10 hours straight.

My mother always makes warm pepper rasam which helps clear my throat thoda. But I strictly follow my doctor's prescription for the flu. Elevating your head with a couple of pillows really helps in breathing easily at night.

Oh no, flu is the worst, babe! Don't stress too much about anything, just take your meds, keep a hot water flask near you, and sleep as much as your body wants. Let the house be messy for a few days.
