How to sleep with tennis elbow?

Been playing a lot of tennis lately and my elbow is really hurting, doc said it's 'tennis elbow'. The pain gets worse if I lie on it or even if I just don't keep it right while sleeping. How do people manage to sleep comfortably with this kind of elbow pain?

Since I lift heavy, tennis elbow is a common issue. I always sleep on my back and place a pillow under my forearm to keep the elbow joint slightly bent and supported. Avoid sleeping on that arm at all costs.

My hand used to pain a lot while sleeping. I started wrapping a soft cotton cloth loosely around my elbow so it stays warm and doesn't bend too much in my sleep. It gave me very good rest.

Tennis elbow pain makes even holding a water glass tough, ho na. While sleeping, keep a soft pillow under your hand so the elbow doesn't hang in the air. It keeps the hand relaxed.

I tried many oils but what actually helps is keeping the arm resting on a pillow next to your body. Sleeping on your back with the arm supported stops the throbbing. You can also apply a cool gel pack for 10 minutes before bed.

Just buy an elbow brace from a local medical shop and wear it loosely at night. It keeps the joint stable so you don't accidentally bend it and wake up in pain. Sleep on the opposite side to keep it safe.
