How to sleep with si joint pain?

I have SI joint pain, and it flares up a lot when I try to sleep, especially if I lie on my side. It's really affecting my sleep quality. Does anyone have good sleeping positions or tips for SI joint pain?

Before you spend thousands on expensive MRI scans and special orthopedic mattresses, try some basic posture changes. Sleep on your side with a thick, regular bed pillow between your knees to keep your pelvis aligned. It costs absolutely nothing and can save you a lot of doctor visit fees.

My health tracker showed that my deep sleep went up by 40% after I started sleeping on my back with an ergonomic wedge pillow under my knees. It keeps the SI joint perfectly supported and prevents micro-movements during the night. Try tracking your sleep to see if it works for you too!

Yes, SI joint pain is highly uncomfortable. Sleeping on your side with a firm pillow between your knees is the most effective way to align the pelvis and get relief.

I completely understand how terrifying this pain is, especially when you feel a sharp pinch every time you try to turn around in bed. Please don't worry, it gets better. Try keeping your knees bound lightly with a soft scarf to prevent them from spreading apart at night, which really helps stabilize the joint.

My teenage daughter developed SI joint pain from dancing, and she couldn't sleep at all. I bought her a firm memory foam cushion and made her sleep on her side with the cushion wedged tightly between her knees. It stabilized her pelvis and she finally started sleeping peacefully again.

Haan, SI joint pain toh poori raat sone nahi deta, bahut hi bura dard hai. Aap ek kaam karo, straight so jao aur ghutno ke neeche do pillows rakh lo, na. Isse aapki lower back flat rahegi aur hips par bilkul pressure nahi aayega.
