How to sleep with mouth closed?

I've been told I often sleep with my mouth open, and it's leading to a dry mouth and even snoring sometimes. I want to try and sleep with my mouth closed more. Any tips on how to do that?

Practicing Nadi Shodhana pranayama for ten minutes before sleeping can help clear your nasal passages naturally. When your nose is clear, your body will naturally prefer breathing through it rather than keeping your mouth open during sleep.

I used to wake up with a super dry mouth every single day, yaar. Actually, using a humidifier in my room helped a lot because dry air was causing my nose to block, forcing me to breathe through my mouth.

Avoid heavy, dairy-rich dinners right before sleeping as they can increase mucus production and block your nose. Keeping your dinner light and sitting upright for a while helps keep your airways clear for nose breathing at night.

In our days, we were taught to sleep on our sides to prevent mouth breathing and snoring. Sleeping flat on your back often causes the jaw to drop open naturally. Side sleeping is much better for your breathing.

Haan, mouth breathing can really ruin your sleep quality na. Try using a nasal strip on your nose before sleeping; it opens up the nostrils physically so you don't feel the need to open your mouth for air.
