How to sleep with heatless curls?

I'm trying to avoid heat styling my hair, so I've been doing heatless curls. But every time I try to sleep with them in, it's so uncomfortable! Any tips on how to sleep properly without messing them up or feeling awkward?

Wrap your hair around a silk curling ribbon and secure it with scrunchies! Sleeping on a silk pillowcase keeps everything smooth and prevents frizz. You will wake up with gorgeous bouncy curls in the morning!

My partner uses a soft satin rod wrap for her curls. She says securing it higher on the head ensures it doesn't disturb her sleep tracking or neck comfort during the night. A silk bonnet also helps keep the wrap in place.

While heatless curls are a great alternative to heat styling, make sure you do not tie your hair too tightly. Constant pulling on the hair follicles overnight can lead to traction alopecia. If you experience scalp pain or hair thinning, please consult a dermatologist.

Haan, sleep with a silk scarf tied around your head so the curls don't open up while tossing and turning. Try to keep the wrap slightly loose near the roots, na, otherwise your scalp will hurt by morning.

I love heatless curls because my hair became very dry and thin due to thyroid issues. Sleeping on a satin pillowcase is a lifesaver to prevent breakage. Just make sure you are getting your thyroid levels checked regularly if you face severe hair issues.

My sister was having severe neck pain from sleeping on bulky hair rollers. When she visited the hospital, the doctor clearly told her to avoid hard rollers or tight wraps overnight. Health and neck comfort should always come before hairstyle trends.
