How to sleep with headphones?

I love listening to music or podcasts to fall asleep, but wearing headphones makes it so uncomfortable to lie down. They dig into my ears! Is there a good way to sleep with headphones without discomfort?

Haan na, sleeping with big headphones is so uncomfortable, they always poke the ears. If you must listen to something, try using very soft sleeping earbuds or a Bluetooth headband instead, ho na. It is much safer and won't hurt your ears.

If you are using headphones to block out noise because of sleep issues, please look at the root cause. Sometimes thyroid issues can cause poor sleep quality and fatigue. It is always good to consult your doctor and get regular checkups.

My father always warned me against sleeping with anything in the ears, saying they need to breathe. If you really need white noise to sleep, it is much safer to play it on a phone speaker kept slightly far from your bed. If you have sleep issues, consulting a doctor is best.

Instead of headphones, I prefer using a natural sound machine or a small fan in the room to block background noise. If you have ear pain or ringing from headphone use, please stop using them and see an ENT specialist immediately.

I used to panic that I would choke on the headphone wires or damage my ears permanently if I slept with them. I switched to a soft flat-speaker headband made specifically for sleeping, and it is totally fine and safe. Don't worry, just avoid the wired ones.

Poor sleep quality affects your blood pressure, so using headphones to help you sleep might just be a temporary fix. Make sure you aren't listening to very loud music which can increase stress. Get your overall health and lifestyle checked by a doctor.
