How to sleep with globus sensation?

I've been experiencing this strange 'globus sensation' lately, like there's a lump in my throat, and it gets worse when I try to lie down and sleep. It's really making it hard to relax and fall asleep. Any advice on how to sleep with this feeling?

Globus sensation is often related to tension in the throat muscles or mild reflux. I found that doing gentle neck stretches and slow, deep breathing before bed helps release this tightness. Try sleeping on your side with a supportive pillow to keep your neck aligned.

Look, that lump-in-throat feeling is mostly anxiety or acidity. Stop constantly trying to swallow to 'check' if it is still there, because that makes it worse. Drink a few sips of warm water, sleep on your left side, and just close your eyes.

Oh, that annoying feeling like a food crumb is stuck in your throat! It usually happens to me when I eat too much spicy street food late at night. Sleeping with my head slightly high and avoiding heavy dinners close to bedtime definitely helps it go away.

My son had this exact issue when he was stressed during his board exams. I used to give him a cup of warm chamomile tea before sleep and made sure his pillows were comfortable. Creating a calm, screen-free bedtime routine really helps ease that throat tension.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! It's super common and usually happens when we are tense or having acidity. Just watch a funny video, keep a glass of water nearby, and sleep in whatever position feels cozy. It will be gone by morning.

I ignored that constant tight feeling in my throat for months, thinking it was just stress. It actually turned out to be severe silent reflux that was irritating my throat. Get a quick ENT checkup done just to be sure and get the right treatment.
