How to sleep with cubital tunnel syndrome?

My cubital tunnel syndrome acts up a lot at night, especially when I'm sleeping. My elbow hurts and my fingers feel numb sometimes. What are some good sleeping positions or things I can do to ease the discomfort?

I also have this elbow issue and it can be very painful at night. The main thing is to avoid bending your elbow while sleeping. Try keeping your arm straight and resting it gently on a pillow next to you.

I tried hot fermentation and different oils, but the elbow keeps bending when I fall asleep, which pinches the nerve. The most practical solution is to loosely wrap a folded towel around your elbow and secure it with a bandage. It acts like a soft splint and stops the elbow from bending at night.

Don't delay seeing a neurologist or ortho. I ignored my hand numbness for months, thinking it was just a bad sleeping posture, and ended up with severe muscle wasting in my hand. Get a proper nerve conduction test done if your pinky finger stays numb.

Elbow modne se nerve dabti hai, haan. So sleeping on your side with the arm curled under your pillow is the worst. Try sleeping on your back and keep a long pillow on your side so your arm stays straight and relaxed, na.

I have PCOS and already deal with some nerve inflammation and joint pains. For my elbow pain, I was advised not to sleep on the affected arm. I just keep my arm extended on a soft cushion. It's best to consult a doctor before trying any tight wrist or elbow splints.
