How to sleep with bicep tendonitis?

My bicep tendonitis is really bothering me, especially at night. The pain just flares up when I lie down, and I can't find a position that doesn't hurt. How can I sleep more comfortably?

I have helped many people with this query. The key is to avoid sleeping directly on the painful shoulder. Sleep on your back and place a small pillow under your elbow to keep the bicep supported and prevent tension on the tendon.

Hey, don't stress too much about it, your arm will heal soon! Just hug a big body pillow on your opposite side so your sore arm has a nice, soft place to rest without dangling. It really works.

I was researching this because my shoulder has been clicking and hurting when I lie down. A lot of people seem to recommend placing a pillow behind your shoulder to stop you from rolling over onto the painful side during sleep.

Haan, shoulder and arm pain makes sleeping so difficult, na. Actually, just hug a nice fluffy pillow on your side so your affected arm doesn't hang down. It gives solid support and lets you sleep peacefully.

Look, if you keep sleeping on your stomach or putting weight on that shoulder, it will take months to heal. Sleep flat on your back, tuck a cushion under that arm, and let the tendon rest properly.

I know how stressful it is when you can't find a single painless sleeping position and worry it won't heal. It is normal to feel anxious, but supporting the arm with a cushion really helps take the strain off.

My son got this tendonitis from gym training last month. I made sure he slept on his back with a pillow under his shoulder and elbow, and didn't let him sleep on his side at all. It took a couple of weeks but he recovered well.

With my high blood pressure, getting uninterrupted sleep is crucial for my health. I make sure to keep my sore arm elevated on a pillow and follow up with my doctor regularly so pain doesn't disturb my rest.

Try building a little 'pillow fort' around yourself so you don't roll over on that bicep at night! It is a super simple trick and keeps your arm completely safe while you dream.

Aap bilkul chinta mat kariye. When my arm used to pain, I would sleep on the other side and keep my sore arm resting comfortably over a thick folded cotton bedsheet. It keeps the shoulder warm and painless.

Does anyone else get a sharp shooting pain right down the front of the arm when they accidentally turn over? It wakes me up in panic every single night. Is there any way to lock my position in place?

Sleeping on your back with your arm supported by a small pillow next to your torso helps reduce the pull on your bicep. Hope you get some pain-free sleep tonight.
