How to sleep with a sore shoulder?

Since my gym workout yesterday, my shoulder has been really sore, especially when I try to move it. Sleeping has become a nightmare. What are some good positions or tips for sleeping with a sore shoulder?

Sore shoulder? Ah, the joy of waking up feeling like you wrestled a bear in your sleep! Honestly, it's about trying every pillow combination until one feels less like torture. I found that sleeping on my back with a pillow tucked under the injured arm, or sometimes spooning a giant body pillow, was my only hope for a few hours of peace. Good luck!

Man, a sore shoulder is rough! I just had one from the gym. The only way I could get any sleep was by sleeping on my back and putting a small pillow under the injured arm, like cushioning it a bit. Or sometimes on the uninjured side, but very carefully. No sleeping directly on it, that's for sure!

Arre yaar, sore shoulder se neend nahin aati! Haan, main toh bolta hoon ki back pe so jao, aur jo shoulder dukkh raha hai na, uske neeche ek chhota pillow rakh lo. Thoda support milta hai. Ya fir jo side theek hai, uss pe so jao aur injured arm ko pillow pe rakh ke hug kar lo. Bahut mushkil hai, but try karo.

Hey, a sore shoulder is super annoying! Don't stress too much, it happens. My friend had this recently. She found relief by sleeping on her back with a small pillow supporting her injured arm, sort of keeping it slightly elevated and away from her body. If you're a side sleeper, try sleeping on the unaffected side with a pillow hugged close to support the injured one.

A sore shoulder can really mess with your recovery and gym routine. For sleeping, you absolutely cannot put pressure on it. Try sleeping on your back and use a small pillow to prop up the injured arm. If you're a side sleeper, only sleep on your unaffected side and use a pillow to support the other arm. Also, ensure you're getting enough protein for muscle repair!
