How to sleep with a snoring person?

It's not just my husband, even my father snores heavily when he visits. I find it so difficult to fall asleep when there's a snoring person nearby. Any advice on how to get some rest?

Snoring person? Two options. Good earplugs for you, or a gentle nudge for them to turn over. If it's really bad, ask them to see a doctor. It's not just annoying, it can be a health issue for them. Don't suffer in silence, talk it out calmly.

Hey, it's completely understandable to struggle sleeping with a snorer. Your rest is just as important. Invest in some quality earplugs, or even try a white noise app on your phone. You can also gently encourage them to sleep on their side. Remember to be patient, but also prioritize your own sleep.

For sleeping with a snoring person, while you need to protect your own sleep with earplugs, you can also suggest they adjust their diet. Sometimes, heavy, fatty foods or dairy before bed can worsen snoring. Encourage lighter, earlier dinners. Hydration is also key. Small changes can sometimes make a difference.

My dad snores like a beast. I used to just blast music in my headphones lol. But seriously, good earplugs are key. Or sometimes just giving them a little push to turn on their side helps for a bit. It's a real struggle, man.

My wife snores, so I know the pain! For me, I found that having a separate blanket so I don't disturb her when I get up, and really good foam earplugs are my saviors. Also, I noticed when she sleeps on her side, it's less loud. So, a gentle nudge to turn over works for us.
