Runny nose at night? Congrats, you're now a human faucet! Haha. Seriously though, try sleeping propped up with extra pillows. It helps the drainage. And keep a tissue box right next to your bed like it's your new best friend. You'll get through it, tissue by tissue!

My child, a runny nose is a common cold symptom. For sleeping, try to prop your head up with an extra pillow or two; it helps with the drainage. You can also try applying a little Vicks Vaporub on your chest and around your nose. A warm glass of turmeric milk before bed can also be comforting.

Oh, a runny nose when you're trying to sleep is so annoying and can make you feel really anxious about not getting rest! I totally get that. Don't worry too much. Elevating your head is key. Sometimes a warm, steamy shower right before bed also provides some temporary relief, just enough to fall asleep.

Yaar, runny nose at night is so irritating! Actually, I always keep a box of tissues right next to my bed and sleep with an extra pillow to elevate my head. It helps with the draining, and you don't feel so congested. A hot cup of ginger tea before bed also helps, try it!

Runny nose at night is the worst! I always make sure to take a hot steam shower right before bed, it clears up the passages for a good hour or two. Then, I sleep with two pillows so my head is elevated. It really helps prevent the post-nasal drip from irritating your throat. Also, keep tissues and a dustbin next to you!

A runny nose often accompanies seasonal changes, but if it's persistent or severe, do consider consulting a doctor, especially if you have other health conditions like thyroid issues, as your body's immune response might be different. For sleep, elevating your head and staying well-hydrated generally helps. Don't let it become a chronic problem.
