How to sleep with a backache?

I've had a persistent backache for a few weeks now, especially after long hours at my desk. Finding a comfortable sleeping position is almost impossible. What's the best way to sleep when you have a nagging backache?

Oh, backaches are the worst for sleep! What helps me is sleeping on my side with a pillow between my knees. Or on my back with a pillow under my knees to take pressure off the lower back. This is just my experience, everyone's different.

Backache is a common problem, many people ask about it. The right sleeping position is crucial. Try a firm mattress, not too soft. And before bed, a warm compress or a hot water bath can help relax the muscles. If it's a persistent ache, a physio can really guide you properly.

Oh, a backache makes you so restless and can really make you anxious about whether you'll ever find a comfortable position! It's okay to feel frustrated. Try to find even a slight adjustment that brings a little relief. Sometimes just knowing others feel it too helps. Be gentle with your body.

Backache is not something to take lightly, especially if it affects your sleep. Don't try every home remedy you read online. A persistent backache needs proper diagnosis. Go see a doctor or a physiotherapist, they can identify the cause and recommend safe exercises or treatments. Seriously, get it checked.
