How to sleep when stressed and anxious?

I'm really struggling to sleep these days. My job is demanding, and I'm constantly stressed and anxious about deadlines. It feels like my brain won't switch off. What can I do to finally get some rest?

It's tough when your mind just won't switch off, I understand. Try to create a little bedtime ritual for yourself. Maybe a warm bath, dim lights, and a calming playlist. It's about gently guiding your mind and body towards rest, not forcing it. Be kind to yourself.

I'm looking into this too for a friend who's struggling. It seems like creating a calm environment is super important. Like, lowering screen time, maybe some aromatherapy? Does anyone find specific scents helpful for anxiety before bed?

Bro, happens to me sometimes during exam season. What I do is, I write down everything that's bothering me in a notebook before bed. Like, literally empty my head onto paper. Then I leave it there and try to meditate for 10 mins. It doesn't always work instantly, but it helps quiet the noise.

Hey, chill yaar! When you're stressed and anxious, trying to force sleep just makes it worse. Instead, focus on calming down. Take deep breaths, listen to a guided meditation. Don't stress too much about sleeping, just relax. The sleep will come naturally when you're calm.

Aww, don't worry, you're not alone! 🤗 When I'm super stressed, I play some relaxing music or a sleep story podcast. It helps to distract my brain from all the anxious thoughts. Also, a quick stretching session to release some tension! You'll get there! ✨

Uff, this is the worst, yaar! My mind just keeps running. Actually, I find that if I can't sleep within 20 minutes, I just get up. Don't stay in bed frustrated. Go read a book in another room, or listen to something chill. Then try again after some time. It actually works better for me.
