When sick, comfort is key. Make sure your room is cool but you're warm enough. A humidifier can help if you're congested. Also, staying hydrated is super important, so keep water or warm fluids nearby. Don't hesitate to take an OTC medicine for symptoms if it's safe for you, to help you rest.
