Nausea mein neend aana toh bohot mushkil hai, ho na? Try to sleep with your head slightly elevated, maybe two pillows use karo. And keep a glass of water nearby. Sometimes a light warm compress on the stomach also helps. Just try to relax your body.

Based on my personal experience, when I feel nauseated, I find it helps to lie on my left side in a dark, quiet room. I also keep a glass of cool water by my bed and take tiny sips. Sometimes, a gentle rub on my temples can distract me enough to fall asleep.

When nauseated, the most practical solution is to elevate your head slightly with extra pillows; lying flat can make it worse. Keep a small basin or bucket near your bed, just in case. Also, a fan blowing gently can help with the feeling of stuffiness. Simple things make a difference.

When nauseated, what you eat (or don't eat) matters a lot. Avoid anything heavy, spicy, or fatty. Stick to bland, easy-to-digest vegetarian foods if you must eat, like plain rice, toast, or clear soup. And sips of ginger tea can sometimes help settle the stomach, making it easier to sleep.

Hey, it's really tough when you feel nauseated and can't sleep. The best thing is to try to rest, even if you don't fully sleep. Lie on your side, keep your head slightly elevated with pillows, and try some slow, deep breaths. Don't force yourself to do anything else. Just focus on being comfortable, okay?
