How to sleep when drunk?

Sometimes after a party, I drink a bit too much and then I just pass out, but it's not good sleep. My friend told me I should try to sleep more properly even if I'm drunk. How to sleep when drunk in a safe way?

I totally get it, sometimes after a few too many, sleep just feels impossible, even if you're tired. What often helps me is drinking a big glass of water before trying to sleep to combat dehydration. Also, a cold shower can sometimes sober you up just enough to settle down. Be safe!

Sweetie, when you've had too much to drink, the best thing you can do for yourself is to hydrate! Have a big glass of water. Try to sleep on your side to prevent choking if you feel nauseous. And remember, don't mix alcohol with any other medications. Just rest and recover.

Please be very careful when trying to sleep while drunk. I once had a friend who choked in his sleep after a heavy night. Always sleep on your side, and if you feel really sick, get someone to look after you. If this is a regular problem, you should really talk to a doctor or a counselor about your drinking habits.

When you're drunk, your sleep quality will be poor anyway, even if you pass out. Realistically, focus on safety first: drink water, find a safe place to lie down (on your side to prevent aspiration), and avoid any stimulants. Prioritize hydration and rest, even if it's not 'good' sleep, it's better than nothing.

Bro, after a night out, I always chug like two big bottles of water. Then try to take a cold shower, it actually wakes you up a bit so you can properly lie down. Then just crash. And keep a bucket near your bed, just in case. Been there, man.
