For me, getting some physical activity during the day really helps calm my mind for night. Even a brisk 30-minute walk in the evening can make a huge difference. Just make sure it's not too close to bedtime so you don't get over-stimulated. A healthy body often leads to a calmer mind.

Anxiety is so tough, ho na? Jab neend nahi aati toh aur tension hoti hai. Maine toh ek light oil massage try kiya tha on my feet and head. Aur ek soft, calming playlist. Sometimes it helps you disconnect from all the thoughts. Just be kind to yourself.

I've been there, anxiety keeping you up all night. What worked for me was creating a solid wind-down routine. No phone or laptop an hour before bed. I read a physical book, did some deep breathing exercises, and kept a journal by my bed to jot down racing thoughts. It doesn't fix anxiety, but it helps manage the sleep.

When anxiety is affecting your sleep consistently, please don't rely solely on internet advice or random home remedies. It's crucial to talk to a healthcare professional, be it a doctor or a therapist. They can help identify the root cause and suggest appropriate, evidence-based strategies or treatments. Your mental health is important.

When the mind is troubled, sleep becomes difficult. Try to meditate for a few minutes before bed, focusing on your breath. Or listen to some soothing chants. It helps quiet the internal chatter. Remember to stay positive and trust that things will improve. Take care of your inner peace, and good sleep will follow.
