How to sleep train a 5 month old?

My 5-month-old wakes up frequently and it's hard to get them back to sleep. My sister suggested sleep training. How do I go about sleep training a 5-month-old baby?

Sleep training ke liye kaafi methods hain, but sometimes it needs a lot of patience. If you're thinking of buying those sleep training books or hiring a consultant, woh bahut expensive ho jaate hain. Try doing some research online first, free resources mil jaayenge. A good routine is key but try to make it work without too many extra expenses, baby items already itne costly hain.

Bete, chhote bachche ko neend aati hai jab woh santusht ho. Humare zamane mein toh hum thoda tel ki malish karte the, halka garam tel se, aur phir god mein lori gaate the. Sometimes it's just about making them feel secure. Zyada zabardasti mat karo, unki sehat aur sukoon zaroori hai. Thoda patience rakho, they will learn.

Aww, 5 months is a lovely age but sleep can be tricky. We followed a gentle routine with our little one – bath, massage, feed, then bed. Consistency is super important, even on weekends. Initially thoda mushkil hoga but stick with it, they do eventually get it. Don't stress too much, har baby ka apna pace hota hai.

As a working mom, sleep training felt like another task on my already long list. What worked for us was being super strict with a bedtime routine, even if it meant sacrificing some evening chill time. You might have to try a few methods to see what suits your baby. Just find something you can realistically stick to every single day, otherwise it's just more stress.

Honestly, I was panicking so much around that age with my son's sleep. Everyone gives advice, and you feel like you're doing something wrong. But seriously, it's totally normal for them to wake up at 5 months. Just focus on creating a calm environment and a consistent routine. It gets better, trust me! Don't overthink it like I did.

Sleep training also depends on their tummies. Make sure baby is full but not overfed before bedtime. If you've started solids, keep them light for dinner, no heavy stuff. I've read that certain foods can cause gas and disturb sleep, so watch out for that. Stick to easy-to-digest khana for dinner.
