How to sleep train a 3 month old?

My 3-month-old baby is very restless at night, and I'm wondering if it's too early to start sleep training. Can you tell me how to sleep train a 3-month-old safely?

Oh my god, I totally get it! Sleep deprivation with a newborn is no joke. It feels like you're constantly in a fog. Just know you're not alone in feeling this way, it's super common for new parents.

Honestly, 3 months is still very young for formal 'sleep training'. Be careful with all the random tips online. Best to check with your pediatrician first, jo bhi karna hai. Har baby alag hota hai, unka advice sabse best rehta hai.

Sleep training? Ha ha, I remember those days. My kids didn't sleep properly till they were like 5! Jokes apart, patience is key. And good coffee for you, of course. You'll get through it, somehow!

Mere saath bhi same hua kuch months back! What really helped us was creating a consistent bedtime routine, even if it was just bath, massage, feed, then bed. Thoda time laga but it made a difference. Don't expect instant results though!

Our pediatrician told us that at 3 months, babies aren't really ready for strict sleep training methods. Focus more on establishing good sleep habits and understanding their cues. Things like a dark room, white noise, and consistent routine help set the stage for later on.

I suggest you talk to your baby's pediatrician. At a good hospital, they often have lactation consultants or child development specialists who can guide you specifically for your baby's age and needs. Don't rely on general advice for such young ones.

Hey, it's completely normal to feel overwhelmed right now. Please don't put too much pressure on yourself or the baby for 'sleep training' at just 3 months. Focus on their comfort and safety. Things will improve, I promise. Just keep an eye on their hunger and discomfort.
