How to sleep train 8 month old?

My 8-month-old wakes up every two hours for a feed, and I'm completely drained. I'm considering sleep training. What's the best approach to sleep train an 8-month-old?

Sleep training can be tough! My sister had success with a consistent routine before bed. Maybe a warm bath, a gentle massage, and then feed. If you're physically active yourself, maybe a brisk walk in the evening helps tire you out too, making you calmer for the baby. Just ensure whatever method you pick is doctor-approved.

Aww, little one is keeping you busy ho na? For my baby, I found that making sure her tummy was full but not too full, and a dark room worked wonders. And a lullaby, haan na? Consistency is important but don't feel bad if some days are harder than others.

Hey! Honestly, don't stress too much about it. Every baby is different. My friend tried cry-it-out and it worked for her, but my cousin did the 'fuss it out' method where she'd comfort but not pick up. Just pick one you're comfortable with and be super consistent, that's key!

Sleep training can take time and patience. I have thyroid issues so lack of sleep really messes with my energy levels. For your little one, maybe talk to your pediatrician about gentle sleep methods. And for yourself, make sure you're eating well and getting your own check-ups regularly, especially if you feel unusually tired.

Sleep deprivation affects everything, even your health. For me, with my high BP, good sleep is crucial. For the baby, I've heard some people say a fixed bedtime routine really helps. Make sure you are also getting some rest when the baby naps, it's important for your own well-being. Don't forget your own health checkups.

Oh, beta, I remember those days! It feels like forever when they don't sleep through, but it passes, trust me. Just be patient and follow a routine. Don't compare your baby with others, every child is different. They will sleep eventually, all in good time.
