How to sleep restless leg syndrome?

My legs feel so restless at night, especially when I'm trying to sleep. This restless leg syndrome is making it impossible to get good sleep. What can I do to sleep through the night with this condition?

Oh god, RLS! It's like my legs have a disco party just as I'm trying to sleep. I usually get up and walk around a bit, or do some stretches. Sometimes a warm compress helps. But mostly, I just try not to cry into my pillow. 😂

I'm no doctor, but when my legs start feeling restless, I find doing some simple calf stretches or using a vibrating massage tool on my calves for a few minutes before bed helps me. Just sharing what sometimes works for me personally.

RLS can be super annoying! 😩 Have you tried a warm bath before bed? Or sometimes a gentle leg massage can really help calm things down. I also heard magnesium supplements can help, but check with a doc first! Hope you get some peaceful sleep soon! 😴

Restless legs, haan? My legs have more energy at night than I do all day! I've found that cutting down on my evening chai and coffee helps a bit. And sometimes, a good solid walk earlier in the day tires them out enough to cooperate at night. Otherwise, it's just 'thump, thump, thump' all night.

Sometimes RLS can be linked to iron deficiency, so maybe check that? Otherwise, I usually try to avoid anything too sugary or spicy late at night, that just makes my body feel all hyped up. A glass of warm milk (with a pinch of turmeric maybe!) is my go-to for calming down before bed.
